The format

Why our pizza is a rectangle

A round pizza does not fit a train. Ours is baked in a long tray, cut with scissors, folded into a narrow box and eaten on a tray table without a knife.

The dough rests for 48 hours before it goes in the oven, so the base stays light and keeps its crunch even twenty minutes later on the 17:42 to Antwerp.

48 hour cold rise, mixed in the back every night
Cut to length, so you pay for what you want to eat
Boxed flat, so it fits a backpack pocket and a tray table

People who eat here twice a week

"I have twelve minutes between the Antwerp train and the metro. I have never missed either one because of CAPRI."

Naima B. / commutes from Mechelen

"The salami slice is properly spicy and the crust actually crunches. Better than most sit down places around the station."

Thomas V. / works on Rue du Progres

"I called at 12:40 for four boxes for the office. They were stacked and waiting when I got downstairs."
